Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24–48 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients effectively.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a partial or full service fee depending on preparation time already invested.
If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be considered completed and non-refundable.
Clients may reschedule sessions once at no additional cost if requested within the allowed notice period. Further changes may require additional approval.
For ongoing consulting projects, cancellation terms will depend on the stage of work completed. Any completed work will be billed accordingly.
